Returns ProcedureIf there are any technical faults with your dvds, please phone our customer care service on Sydney [02] 9410 3143 and they will provide you with a Return Authorisation Number. The Return Authorisation number will ensure speedy processing of your return and an immediate replacement of your dvd[s] will be issued. Please write this number in the space provided on your original invoice and return as part of the package. Please note that all returns require all original contents; charges will apply for incomplete returns. We recommend you return our parcel with registered post or courier. Life Clinic Counselling accepts no responsibility for returning goods lost in transit. All returns must be received by Life Clinic Counselling within 14 days of a return authorization number being issued to receive your replacement. Please note: We do not accept 'Return to Sender' or COD deliveries. Full refunds [less postage and handling] are organised on request within 14 days if the product is faulty.
